1. Definitions

1.1 Company

Revo Kitchens, a trading name of Revo Kitchens Ltd, M2B The Matrix, Hornbeam Park Ave, Harrogate HG2 8AD

1.2 Customer

The person placing the order for goods.

1.3 Goods

All kitchen units, appliances, worktops and related items supplied.

2. Design Services

2.1 Use of Plans

All designs remain the intellectual property of Revo Kitchens until paid for in full. No plans are given out prior to ordering or receipt of a deposit.

2.2 Design Fee

Kitchen plans may be released prior to ordering upon payment of a design release fee of £300 (inc. VAT). Where plans relate to two or more kitchens, a fee of £600 (inc. VAT) will apply. This fee will be credited in full against the value of any subsequent order placed with Revo Kitchens.

2.3 Deduction

The design fee is deductible in full from any subsequent kitchen order placed.

2.4 Design Accuracy

Plans are provided for illustrative and pricing purposes only and are based on measurements supplied by the Customer. Designs are provided for guidance and pricing purposes only. It is the responsibility of the Customer and/or their installer to verify all dimensions and suitability prior to installation.

3. Orders

3.1 Order Acceptance

Orders are only accepted once the required deposit has been received and all order documentation has been completed and signed by the Customer. Orders will not be processed until all required documentation has been signed, including via electronic signature where applicable.

3.2 Accuracy of Order

The Customer is responsible for checking all plans, specifications, colours, and quantities prior to approval.

3.3 Amendments

Orders cannot be amended once goods have been ordered from suppliers. Any requested changes prior to this stage may incur additional costs and revised lead times.

3.4 Final Approval

By confirming the order, the Customer accepts all specifications, colours, sizes and selections.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to place all orders (finance and non-finance).

4.2 Non-Finance Balance

The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full prior to delivery. Goods will not be released until full payment is received.

4.3 Finance Orders

Where finance is used via Novuna Personal Finance, Revo Kitchens will claim payment in full upon first delivery or collection. The finance agreement will commence from that date, regardless of whether the order is delivered in full or in part.

5. Cancellation

5.1 Customer Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled prior to goods being ordered from suppliers. Once goods have been ordered, cancellation may not be possible. Where cancellation is accepted, Revo Kitchens reserves the right to retain the deposit and recover any costs incurred, particularly in relation to special order or bespoke goods.

5.2 Charges

Where cancellation is accepted, Revo Kitchens reserves the right to retain the design fee and recover any costs incurred, including supplier charges, administrative costs, and any losses resulting from the cancellation.

5.3 Bespoke or Special Order Goods

Goods made to order customised to the Customer’s specification or labelled special order are non-cancellable once production has commenced.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Terms

Delivery is to a ground floor location unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 Access

The Customer must ensure safe and suitable access for delivery, including removal of obstructions and ensuring parking access. If delivery cannot be completed due to inadequate access or site readiness, Revo Kitchens reserves the right to charge additional delivery or storage fees.

6.3 Customer Responsibilities

The Customer or their representative must be present to receive and sign for delivery, confirming goods are received in good condition.

6.4 Delays

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Revo Kitchens shall not be liable for any delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Revo Kitchens shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including but not limited to installation costs, loss of earnings, or consequential losses arising from delivery delays.

6.5 Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to access or site issues, additional charges may apply.

7. Inspection & Damage

7.1 Inspection on Delivery

The Customer must inspect goods upon delivery.

7.2 Reporting Damage

Visible damage or shortages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence in a single report.

7.3 Late Claims

Any issues reported after 72 hours may be deemed to have occurred after delivery and may not be accepted. Replacement items may be chargeable.

7.4 Liability

Where Revo Kitchens agrees to replace damaged or defective goods, replacement items will be supplied within a reasonable timeframe. Revo Kitchens shall not be liable for any direct or indirect costs, losses, or expenses arising from such damage or replacement, including but not limited to installation costs, labour charges, delays, or consequential losses.

8. Installation

8.1 Installation Responsibility

Revo Kitchens is a supply-only business unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8.2 Third-Party Installers

Revo Kitchens does not provide an installation service. Any installer suggested is independent and is recommended solely based on feedback from previous customers and general knowledge of local installers.

The Customer is free to appoint an installer of their choosing. All installation works are carried out under a separate contract between the Customer and the installer. Revo Kitchens does not receive any financial benefit from such recommendations and shall not be liable for any installation works, including any defects, delays, or damages arising from such works.

8.3 Pre-Fit Survey

The Customer or their installer is solely responsible for carrying out a full pre-fit survey prior to ordering to verify all dimensions, site conditions, and the suitability of the goods. This includes checking all measurements, levels, structural elements, and service locations (including electrics, plumbing, and gas). Revo Kitchens accepts no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or costs arising from an inadequate or incomplete pre-fit survey.

9. Measurements & Suitability

9.1 Customer Responsibility

All measurements provided by the Customer are their responsibility. Revo Kitchens shall not be liable for any costs arising from incorrect measurements or site conditions.

9.2 Third-Party Measurements

Revo Kitchens accepts no liability for errors arising from third-party measurements.

9.3 Room Preparation

The Customer must ensure the installation space is fully prepared and suitable, including walls, floors, electrics, plumbing and dimensions.

10. Appliances

10.1 Inspection

Appliances must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.

10.2 Warranties

All appliance warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer.

10.3 Registration

Appliances must be registered with manufacturers and installed by qualified professionals in accordance with instructions.

10.4 Faults

Any appliance faults must be reported directly to the manufacturer once registered.

11. Title & Risk

11.1 Risk Transfer

Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.

11.2 Ownership

Ownership of goods remains with Revo Kitchens until payment is received in full.

12. Warranty & Guarantees

12.1 Manufacturer Warranties

All product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.

12.2 Registration

The Customer is responsible for registering appliances where required.

13. Liability

13.1 Limitation

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.2 Responsibility

The Company is responsible for supplying goods that:

  • Match their description
  • Are of satisfactory quality
  • Are fit for purpose (where advised)

13.3 Exclusions

The Company is not liable for:

  • Installation errors or workmanship
  • Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the Customer
  • Third-party contractors or installers
  • Supplier or manufacturer delays
  • Any indirect or consequential losses

14. Stock & Availability

14.1 Availability

All goods are subject to availability. Where items are unavailable, Revo Kitchens reserves the right to offer alternatives or delay delivery. Any associated costs may be passed to the Customer where applicable.

15. Delays & Force Majeure

15.1 Events Outside Control

The Company is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

16. Complaints

16.1 Procedure

All complaints must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time of the issue arising.

16.2 Resolution

We will aim to respond within 5 working days.

17. Data Protection

17.1 Information

When you use revokitchens.com we may collect:

  • Information you provide when contacting us, booking appointments or using forms
  • Technical data such as IP address and browser type
  • Usage data via cookies

17.2 Use of Data

Customer data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

17.3 Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary or required by law.

17.4 Your Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data and lodge complaints with the ICO.

17.5 Security

We use appropriate measures to protect your data.

18. Governing Law

18.1 Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

19. Declaration

19.1 Acceptance

By signing, the Customer confirms they have read and accepted these terms and all order details.
